YalGamers NFT Guide
YalGamers uses blockchain technology to reward users with NFTs (Non-Fungible Tokens) — unique digital collectibles stored on a blockchain that belong entirely to you.
What Is an NFT?
An NFT is a one-of-a-kind digital item recorded on a blockchain. Unlike regular files, an NFT can be truly owned, transferred, or held in your wallet. On YalGamers, NFTs represent your achievements and participation on the platform.
Wallet Options on YalGamers
Before claiming any NFT, understand the two wallet options available to you.
Custodial Wallet (Built-In)
When you sign up on YalGamers, a wallet is automatically created for you behind the scenes. No setup required — it is ready to receive NFTs immediately. This wallet is managed by the platform on your behalf.

- ▸Accessible from the My Wallet section in the header
- ▸You can view your wallet address, deposit funds, and send assets from within the app
- ▸NFTs claimed to this wallet can later be transferred to any external wallet address
Your Own Wallet (MetaMask or WalletConnect)
If you prefer full control over your NFTs, connect your own crypto wallet (MetaMask or any WalletConnect-compatible wallet) and claim directly to it.
- ▸You are responsible for keeping your wallet safe
- ▸The app automatically switches to the correct blockchain network when you claim
- ▸Recommended for users already familiar with crypto wallets
OG NFT Badge
The OG NFT Badge is a special one-time collectible awarded to every user who creates a YalGamers account. It is your permanent mark as an early member of the YalGamers community. Each badge is unique and can only be claimed once per account.

- ▸Claim Limit: One per account, forever
- ▸Claim Trigger: Available immediately after signup — no quests required
How to Claim the OG Badge
Log in to your YalGamers account
Navigate to the Achievements page
Locate your OG Badge
It will show a "Claim Now" button under the badges section.
Choose your preferred wallet
Custodial Wallet — claim instantly with no extra steps. Your Own Wallet — connect your wallet; the app will switch to the Polygon network automatically.
Confirm the claim
Done
Your badge will appear as "Claimed" once the transaction is complete.

Testnet NFTs are for testing purposes only and carry no real-world value. The Polygon Mainnet NFT is the official one.

Project NFTs
Project NFTs are achievement tokens you earn by completing quests on YalGamers. Each project has its own unique NFT. When you finish all the tasks in a project, you unlock the ability to claim that project's NFT.

- ▸All Project NFTs share one smart contract per network, but each token is unique to you and your project
- ▸You can collect NFTs from as many projects as you complete
