E-Sports Platform Features
A full reference of every capability on the Yalgamers E-Sports platform.
Online Tournaments
The E-Sports home page filters tournaments into three status tabs so you can quickly find events open for registration, events in progress, and historical results.
Register as an individual and compete in a personal bracket or leaderboard event. No team is required.
Register as a full team. Clan leaders submit a lineup of members; all teammates must have active Yalgamers E-Sports accounts.
Single or double-elimination brackets where players/teams advance or are knocked out match by match. Full bracket tree is always visible in the Brackets tab.
All participants play simultaneously and are ranked by score, kills, or another metric over the duration of the event. Rankings update live as the organiser reports results.
Every tournament lists its prize breakdown by placement. Rewards are distributed by organisers after the event concludes.
Tournament Detail Tabs
Game title, format, dates, rules, and prize pool — everything you need to decide whether to register.
Lists all solo participants registered for the event.
Lists all squads registered, with each team's member roster.
Shows your own team's current lineup and registration status. Use this to confirm your squad was submitted correctly before the event begins.
A full log of every match in the tournament, including participants and reported scores.
Interactive visual bracket tree. Shows your current round position, past results, and future matchups.
Embedded live stream from the official tournament broadcast. Watch without leaving the app when organisers have enabled streaming.
A real-time chat room open to all registered participants and spectators. Discuss strategies, call GGs, or ask questions to the organiser during the event.
For leaderboard-format events, shows live rankings within that tournament updated as scores come in.
Displays the prize breakdown by placement and, after the event, the final winners list. Available inside every tournament detail page.
A filtered view showing only your own matches within the tournament — separate from the full Matches log — so you can quickly review your personal run.
Clans
Browse all clans with infinite scroll. Filter by game type, clan level, or member count, or use the search bar to find a clan by name.
Any registered user can create a clan. Set a name, upload a logo, and invite members. Once formed, the clan can register together for squad-based tournaments.
Request to join any existing clan. The clan leader reviews and accepts or declines requests. You can see the clan's member count and roster before requesting.
Each clan has a dedicated profile page showing its members, past tournament participations, clan level, and clan details.
Each clan has its own real-time chat room accessible to all members. Use it to coordinate tournament strategy, recruit members, or just talk games.
Clans level up by completing shared missions — tournament participations, wins, and member milestones. Higher clan levels unlock additional perks and visibility in the clan directory.
Each clan can display a label tag (e.g. a game title or region) that appears on its profile card in directory listings and on members' public profiles.
Seasonal Leaderboard
The E-Sports leaderboard resets per season. Tournament performance — placements, wins, and scores — accumulates into a seasonal ranking separate from the main Yalgamers XP leaderboard.
Past seasons are archived. Use the season filter on the leaderboard page to browse any previous season's final standings.
Your rank is always pinned to the top of the leaderboard page, even if you're outside the top visible positions.
Profiles & Achievements
View any player's public profile including their tournament history, stats, Clan affiliation, and achievements. Visible to guest users without an account.
A dedicated achievements page inside the E-Sports app showing badges and milestones you've earned through tournament participation.
A log of all rewards you have received from tournament placements on the E-Sports platform.
Wallet & Payments
Link any EVM-compatible wallet (MetaMask, WalletConnect, etc.) via Wagmi/Viem. Required to pay on-chain entry fees or receive token prizes on EVM-based chains.
Link a Solana wallet for tournaments that use SPL tokens as entry fees or rewards. Connection is handled natively alongside your EVM wallet.
Some tournaments require a crypto entry fee paid at registration. The fee amount, token type, and chain are shown on the tournament overview before you register.
After results are finalised, token rewards are distributed directly to your linked wallet by the organiser. A full history of received prizes is available in My Rewards.
Notifications
Receive instant in-app notifications for tournament updates — registration confirmations, bracket draws, match results, clan invitations, and prize distributions — powered by WebSocket.
All past notifications are stored in your notification centre so you can review tournament updates, clan activity, and system messages at any time.
